​​360Harmony was founded by Ladina Gilly after eighteen years leading a sixteen-person team inside a major research institution. That career brought real satisfaction — but it also pushed her to her limits, and even to burnout. This in turn led her to six years of personal transformation work, which she later combined with her management experience to found 360Harmony.

 

Having lived through — and worked through — many of the same challenges her clients face, Ladina brings genuine empathy to what you’re navigating. She offers a safe, non-judgmental space to turn challenges into opportunities, and works in Italian, English, German, French or Romansh.
